How long have you been doing CrossFit?
"Since October 1, 2015 "
What keep you coming back?
"Achieving little goals such as hitting a new PR or getting better at a lift I struggle with."

How did you find CrossFit?
"My brother Anthony kept telling me to join."

How did you end up at CFI?
"My mom and I finally decided we'd give it a try."

What is your athletic background?
"I played football in school for 8 years and have raced for 8 years."

How much has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and fitness level?
"I always put going to CrossFit first, my fitness level has improved drastically."

What's the one thing you've accomplished at CrossFit you thought you could never do?
"I never thought I'd be able to run a mile for time then immediately deadlift 225 for 10 reps."

What motivates/inspires you?
"People yelling in my face, telling me that I can't do something."

What's your proudest CrossFit achievement?
"Hitting 315 for 2 on deadlift."

What's one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit?
"I will be able to string muscle-ups together... "

What Goals have you achieved through CrossFit?
"Bringing my deadlift, squat, and bench up. (Can't wait to hit new PR's!)"

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
"Racing my atv takes up the other 50% of my time."

How is your diet?
"On an average day I eat 7 or 8 eggs, between breakfast and lunch. I'm pretty disciplined in what I eat but I LOVE cheat day."

Any advice for new members looking to join CFI?
"Stop wasting time thinking, sign up. Then pick up a bar and lift!!"
