"2 Months "




What keep you coming back?

"The Community."

How did you find CrossFit?
"Lisa Bloom."

How did you end up at CFI?
"Walked in."

What is your athletic background?
"Softball, running, biking, triathlon."

How much has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and fitness level?
"Beyond words. I workout harder than I ever would by myself."

What's the one thing you've accomplished at CrossFit you thought you could never do?
"Get so fit! And squats without knee pain."

What motivates/inspires you?
"I love feeling like an athlete again."

What's your proudest CrossFit achievement?
"So far...Toes to bar."

What's one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit?
"Competition."

What Goals have you achieved through CrossFit?
"Lost a lot of weight and becoming strong again."

What are your upcoming goals?
"So mainly...to compete. To be in the best shape I have ever been in."

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
"Home Improvement."

How is your diet?
"Doing Lurong. I have been doing elite and have been very good with it."

Any advice for new members looking to join CFI?
"DO IT!! NOW!! It's truly life-altering!"
