"High school Sports."

"I take notice of my health more, better eating!"

What's the one thing you've accomplished at CrossFit you thought you could never do?
"More than 5 Burpees."

What motivates/inspires you?
"Knowing that everyone there has been in my place."

What's your proudest CrossFit achievement?
"7 WODs in a row and not dying."

What's one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit?
"Being a badass CrossFit ninja!"

What Goals have you achieved through CrossFit?
"Eating healthier and having a healthier body."

What are your upcoming goals?
"Continuing to have a healthy body, and doing toes to bar."

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
"Zumba, work, and spending time with my my most favorite cousins, aunt, niece, and nephew."

How is your diet?
"Added more water less soda. Healthier options."

Any advice for new members looking to join CFI?
"Everyone has been in your place. DON'T GIVE UP."
